PAYMENT METHODS (For customers within the USA and Canada) :
Payment methods that are accepted, for products purchased through our site are the following:
- MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express Credit cards.
- We also accept payments through Paypal.
- We accept payments by check, certified checks & money orders made out to and mailed to:

Please note that if paying by check/money order, the product will be shipped only after payment is received in the mail. Placement of an order that is paid by check/money order should be done by emailing customerservice@bedsheetgallery.com mentioning the product names and SKU #'s and specifying mailing address details. We would then reply the customer with the total amount due which would include shipping and handling charges.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Payment accepted only through Pay Pal for any products to be shipped internationally (other than Canada). Please choose the appropriate payment method when checking out or the order will not go through as complete.
It is important that you provide correct billing address and telephone number similar to the address and phone number on file with your credit card company. If this is not in our system, it could cause a delay in order processing and your receipt of the item/s. Purchased products are shipped out only upon receipt of full payment.

POLICY FOR RETURNING MERCHANDISE :
In case you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason you may receive a refund minus all shipping fees. To get a refund, please contact us for an RMA number.
· You have 7 days after you receive the item to return it for a refund.
· All items must be returned in the original condition. Please use a box!
· RMA numbers and approvals are valid only for 5 days. You will have to ship the item back to the supplier within 5 days of receiving the RMA number or approval. We will provide the customer, complete instructions and shipping address, when we receive an RMA request from the customer. Please DO NOT ship the product to our business address shown above.
· Returns without RMA number or approval are not accepted and will be returned back to the customer.
